TTEP
TTEP Netherlands is active in power generation, trading, optimisation and energy supply to business customers. With around 2.6 GW of flexible generation capacity, the company contributes to the security of supply and stability of the Dutch electricity system. Since 29 April 2026, the former EP NL organisation has been part of TTEP, a 50/50 partnership between TotalEnergies and EPH.
Flexible power generation remains important as the share of wind and solar power increases. It helps balance changes in electricity demand and renewable generation.
TTEP Netherlands operates flexible gas-fired power plants and is also active in energy markets and energy supply to business customers. The company also invests in battery storage and other forms of flexibility. The Sloe power plant in Ritthem is part of TTEP Netherlands’ generation portfolio and has a capacity of 940 MW. Its flexible operation allows the plant to respond quickly to changing market conditions, renewable generation and grid conditions.
