Yara is committed to crop nutrition solutions and precision farming products, which enable farmers to increase yields and product quality while simultaneously reducing environmental impact. Yara Sluiskil is a subsidiary of Yara International ASA, with 16,000 employees in more than 60 countries. Yara has extensive possibilities for Research & Development aimed at the development of new compounds and improvement of existing products and techniques. For example, Yara Sluiskil has developed a proprietary granulation process that is now used worldwide.

Our environmental and industrial solutions improve air quality and reduce emissions. The research department is also looking for a further reduction of the company’s environmental impact and an improvement in its energy consumption. Yara's mission is simple and at the same time, ambitious: "to responsibly feed the world and protect the planet". Among other things, Yara is actively involved with grassland managers. Next year, Yara will be intensively supporting a number of Demo Farms in the Netherlands and Belgium in terms of fertilisation strategies. The growth results are also being closely monitored by specialists.

Within SDR, Yara is, among other things, an active partner in the Spark Delta, Carbon Connect Delta and Hydrogen delta programs.
